This soup is quick and easy. A great fall meal. Saute onion, celery, garlic and green pepper in oil until just tender.
Stir in beef.
Stir in beef.
Add everything else.

Next we have Paula Deen's Carmel Corn.
I popped 3 bags of microwave plain popcorn.
Butter, brown sugar, salt and light corn syrup.
Coat well.
Carmel Corn
1 cup butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
Over medium heat, combine first four ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda. Stir well. Pour over 8 quarts popped corn. Stir to coat well. Bake in large roaster or pan (i used a disposable pan and Pam sprayed it) at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to dry.

That soup looks so delish! I love green peppers, but alas, it's one of only two things my hubby won't eat. The caramel corn looks yummy!
I'll bring the bread and a salad :-). Both these recipes look really great. Thanks for sharing them with us. Have a wonderful day.
Your soup sounds very unique. I've never heard of it... must try sometime.

My family like stuffed peppers, so I think this recipe will be one that they will enjoy. THANKS!!! Geri
Your soup sounds hearty and delicious! Thanks for sharing:)
I was thinking of making kettle corn popcorn for Halloween gifts for my neighbors this year. Can you tell me the brand of the pain popcorn in your recipe? All I can find here is salted and buttered etc. but no plain. I may have to pop the old fashioned way. Isn't it funny how we get so spoiled with all the convenience items for the microwave:)

Joyce ~ Thanks for stopping by. I used Centrella natural flavor microwave popcorn. The box came with 3 packages. I used all three. Use anything with natural flavor. The old fashion way would'nt be all that bad. Hope you find natural flavor. Have fun:)
