I love BLT's, they are a great summer meal. My tomatoes are just starting to turn colors, can't wait!!
Oh how we food bloggers love to rub it in when our tomatoes are finally ripe. I'm so envious of yours and cannot wait for another couple of weeks to have my first BLT with garden ripe tomatoes.
Oh lucky you with having fresh tomatoes already! They look great! Put a fried egg on the sandwich and have a BELT like I posted yesterday.
I love"mater" sandwiches; just sliced tomatoes, a little mayo and good white bread. I eat one almost every single day! I can just taste yours right now, they look delicious!

I am SO jealous --- we have had tomatoes ripening here for 2 weeks, and the *&@#%^%$@ chipmunks have nibbled on every danged one of them! We salvaged only 3 cherry tomatoes... but our beautiful big heirloom variety ones ... gone!
Now go eat those tomatoes!
