fabulous recipes:)
Fresh Peaches sliced. Pam spray the pan.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.
Have you ever heard of a "Candy Onion"? A friend from work brought me this from a Farmers Market. Slice it, add some butter pads and put into a pam sprayed pan and add seasonings.
Here ya go......grilled onions, fresh peaches and sirloin burgers with cheddar cheese and jalapenos from my garden.
Just look at the peaches...........yum:)
Grilled "Candy" onions look great thanks to my husband Steve the cook.
Close up of the peaches:)
Close up of the "Candy" onions.
And the burgers, how good do they look:)
Sweet red peppers from the garden.
Stuff them with Philadelphia cream cheese with chives.
Put them into one of my (Baker Square) pie pan
Pam it, of course. And put tooth pick to hold down the top.
These were amazingly good!
This was my summertime meal.
Thank you Steve, you are a wonderful grill cook:)

That all looks great. I was wondering how long did cook the peppers? Did you put them in oven or on the grill?
Put them on the grill for about 5 minutes:)
Judy, I am SO impressed with this. I never realized you could cook in a pan on the grill like that. How cool!
Happy Foodie Friday!
XO,
Sheila :-)
Judy-We love onions like this, but have never tried peaches this way. I'm all for cooking outside when it is hot! Thanks for the recipes!
I use the pans all the time for grillin up just about anything:)
I'm going to try that next time I fire up the grill!
Have a wonderful weekend!

We haven't tried using a pan on the grill but I am going to tell the grill cook about this one. I have Hubs convinced I can't cook on the grill.
MMMMM fresh peaches and someone to cook for you...sounds good to me.
These look wonderful! I love anything that can be made on the grill. Thanks!

I am always one for a new recipe and honestly I think the stuffed peppers is super easy and sound delicious. Thanks for sharing.

I'm going to try this next time I fire up the grill. This all looks so good.
What a great idea to stuff the peppers. I am going to try that soon. Oh, by the way I love your tea cup collection, just beautiful. Do you raid the shelf and use them for tea or just for pretty? It's so nice to meet you

For a minute I thought you were combining the onions with the peaches! I was giving you the benefit of the doubt, but thought "hmmmmmmm"...
Did you see the Friends episode where Rachel tried to cook? Two pages in the cookbook stuck together, and she combined Beef Wellington with English Trifle!
Anyway .. it all looks great! I definitely want to try the stuffed red pepper idea. Thanks for sharing!

You've given me some great ideas for when I go camping. I have some of those special Baker's Square pan too. They are the best, and when one gets too messed up, I know it's time to buy another pie!
Wish I was eating with you!!! I'm going to try the peaches on the grill. Wouldn't they be good over ice cream for dessert too? Tonight I'm having friends over for taco salad night. I'm having jalapeno poppers with cream cheese and bacon... very similar to yours. Wish I'd thought about the milder peppers since some people don't like the hot ones. I enjoy your blog often... very cute design too!
Your whole meal sounds summertime delicious! I hadn't heard of a candy onion before!

Wow, that looks amazing! I'm definitely going to try the peaches and the onions. We cook most everything on the grill too but I've never cooked those.
OK, now I am totally hungry after seeing your grilled meal. The peaches especially look so yummy, and I had really never thought of doing a dessert on the grill before. Thanks for sharing this super delish summer meal. Amy
