I am so glad that you liked these. Aren't they fun to make? I am testing three other versions this week (in addition to the Cookies & Cream and Heath Bar versions that I recently wrote about). Who knew Ritz Crackers were so versatile?
These look soo good!!! I bought Jerry for Valentine's Day an assortment of Chocolate Covered Oreo cookies (and one ritz cracker)from Kilwins they were very good too. Looked just like yours but were $1.50 each!! Think I will make my own next time :)
It has been a really long time since I have made these. Thanks for reminding me how simple and delicious they are.

I have yet to make these! They sound amazing!
What a clever use of the Ritz crackers. I can imagine the buttery and salty flavor match perfectly with the mint and chocolate! Delicious.
