I'm with Libby's dad — I put vinegar on my greens. It's a Southern thing, an acquired taste, but much like the English putting it on their fish and chips.I've never added garlic to mine, but since it's one of my favorite flavors, I'm definitely going to try this in my next batch.Glad to see your mom is doing so well, but sorry to hear about your dad. Best wishes to them both.
