Mom discovered this recipe. It's a good one:) Recipe:
fresh Kale, washed and pat dry, break into bite size pieces
fresh garlic, sliced thin
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread Kale onto a cookie sheet. Add the sliced garlic. Sprinkle olive oil. Salt and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes, toss and bake for another 5 minutes. Edges of Kale should be browned and crispy.

I have Kale in the fridge because I have been wanting to make this all summer! I finally bought my Kale at Trader Joe's this past weekend to have while Jill and Scott were here and I forgot to make it!! Glad you made it :-)
Kale is another one of teh vegetables that do not get place they deserve among veges.I ate Kale dish in Holland and planted some in my garden here.They make it through potato mash and it it with their famous rookworst(smoked sausage) and nice sauce.I have nver baked Kale but will certainly try:)
