Foodie Friday ~ Marinated Boneless Pork Roast

Recipe for Marinate
grated zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
juice from lemon and orange
1/2 cup olive oil
4 gloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
Kosher salt
1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
3 pound boneless pork roast
marinate overnight in a Ziploc bag
Bake 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours

The gravy turned out so good with the hint of lemon and orange. I served it with Long Grain & Wild Rice and Oven-Roasted Broccoli.
Savoring Time in the Kitchen posted the Oven-Roasted Broccoli in her post February 26, 2010.
Check out the recipe - it's a good one:)

Our family will love this! We are big pork roast fans. I bet this marinade would be delicious on chicken or as a salad dressing for asian coslaw.
Wonderful!

Oh, to be a spoon in your kitchen! Everything you cook looks divine. I love the idea of adding citrus zest to the marinade. I can just image the delicate bouquet of the sauce. Delicious! I am going to try Susan's broccoli this Sunday.
