Foodie Friday ~ Olive Cheese Puffs

Dry the olives on paper towel, they stick better.

Cream cheese and butter; stir in flour, salt and paprika.

Wrap 1 teaspoon of batter around each olive.

Freeze puffs.

Enjoy:)
Olive Cheese Puffs
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
50 stuffed olives (6 oz jar)
Drain olives well. Dry the olives on paper towel, they stick better. Cream cheese and butter; stir in flour, salt ad paprika. Mix well. Wrap 1 teaspoon of batter around each olive. Freeze puffs. Bake at 4oo degrees for 15 minutes.

Oh how I love olives!!!!And olives wrapped in cheese and made into a crust- perfection! This is a major keeper! I could keep these on hand for company or... just for me! Wouldn't they look lovely on the cheeseboard?
